The San Antonio Business Opportunity Council’s (SABOC) Annual Contracting Conference, held on August 12, was a resounding success! The premier event brought together small businesses and key decision-makers from federal, state, and local agencies.

Attendees gained valuable insights from industry experts and discovered new opportunities to break into or expand their government contracting efforts. This year’s agenda featured informative sessions, including:

  • Totem Technologies on Cybersecurity for Small Businesses

  • Eric Spencer from the SBA San Antonio District Office discussing SBA programs

  • A keynote panel with Assistant City Manager Alejandra (Alex) Lopez and Bexar County Director Deborah Carter

The conference provided a vital platform for small businesses to connect with leaders shaping the future of government procurement, reinforcing SABOC’s mission to foster small business growth since 1985.
